Philosophy
Our goal is to provide the best possible
match between our clients, employees and candidates. We listen
carefully to our clients and ask questions to make sure we understand all
of the requirements. And we do the same for our candidates. We ask
questions to qualify their skills, experience, and expectations. Then we
carefully match candidate profiles to client needs paying attention to both
technical skills and "soft skills".
This approach has been very successful. The highest compliment to a consultant
is an offer to become a permanent employee, and over the years, we have had many
contract-to-hire conversions. This is because our clients have been well
