Ann Helmuth Allard, Ph.D.
President and Majority Owner

Ann has had a long career in Information Technology. She worked for several large Cleveland companies prior to joining a regional consulting firm in 1984 and becoming a consultant. As a Senior Manager, Ann was responsible for a major client and was active in developing a training program, which was subsequently used nationwide as a basis for Project Architect certification.

In 1993, Ann started Chagrin Consulting Services, Inc., when she 'jumped off the cliff' to become its first employee. Since that time, Ann spent six years in the field consulting, and is now focusing on running the company, providing direction, assisting with sales, and keeping up with technology.

Ann has a Ph.D. in Information Science, an M.S.L.S., and a M.S. from Case Western Reserve University, and a B.S. in mathematics from Case Institute of Technology.


Christine Carroscia
Vice President of Human Resources and Minority Owner

Christine has been involved in the IT arena since 1988. While at a regional consulting firm, she was a consultant/project administrator for a major financial organization. Christine joined CCSI, Inc. in 1995 as a consultant/project administrator and is currently responsible for recruiting and benefits administration.

Christine has been fortunate to experience both the consulting and recruiting sides of the IT world. The hands-on experience allows her to relate to consultants and their needs during the recruiting/hiring process. She strives to successfully match candidates with client opportunities which is both challenging and rewarding. Christine is a graduate of Notre Dame Academy and Sawyer Business College.


Kelly R. Timko
Account Executive and Minority Owner

Kelly manages all sales activities for Chagrin Consulting. She has over 20 years of progressive experience in a broad set of disciplines including sales, marketing, project management, and customer service in the insurance, information technology, and manufacturing industries. Kelly holds a Bachelor's Degree from Notre Dame College of Ohio.
